Crossfyre vs the alternatives

16 side-by-side breakdowns against the tools people actually use. Every price is listed, each one says plainly when the other tool is the right answer, and there is never a sales call.

Features

Line them up.

Eight things a tool either does or does not do, across the six you are most likely to already be running. Burp appears twice on purpose: Professional and the free Community Edition answer differently in five of these columns. A matrix with no gaps in it is a brochure, so this one has gaps.

Reviewed 12 September 2026. Vendors ship, and a cell that was right in the spring can be wrong by autumn, so the date is here rather than implied.

Where this table comes from

Each link below is the tool's own project page or documentation, which is what its comparison page was written from. They are references, not footnotes on individual cells. What keeps the table honest is the rule, not the list: a cell reads yes, partial or no only where the tool's own page says so, and every other cell reads unclear, which means nobody checked it. It does not mean the tool cannot do it.

Crossfyre

The tools it is lined up against

Every link was requested and answered on 12 September 2026. Vendors move pages, so if one of these is dead the right fix is to delete it, not to leave a citation pointing at a 404.

  • yes its own page says so
  • partly some of it, not all
  • no it does not do this
  • unclear not verified either way
